Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Mississauga, Canada.
How long until my order is shipped?
Usually, within 3 business days. I try to process orders and ship them out within a week of being placed. Things like holidays or busy seasons (the months of October and December especially) can delay processing for a few extra days. You will recieve a confirmation email once your order has been processed and sent out to be shipped.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after its been shipped?
Greater Toronto Area: within 3 business days
Canada: 1-2 weeks
United States: Usually 1-3 weeks, sometimes up to a month and a half if there are USPS delays
Mexico: 2-4 weeks
United Kingdom: 2-5 weeks
All other international orders: 3-6 weeks, depending on the distance and import laws
Why doesn't my order come with tracking?
In an effort to keep shipping prices as low as possible, small orders may be sent without tracking numbers.
My order still hasn't arrived yet!
Unfortunately, sometimes packages can get misplaced once they're sent through the mail. If it has been over 2 months since your order was placed and you still have not received it yet, send me an email over at [email protected] and I'll get back to you within a few business days to help resolve it.
Do you take commissions/will you collaborate with me on a project?
Right now I'm only accepting commercial work and small private commissions from friends. If so I open up public commissions in the future, I'll make a post about it on social media.
